It is a refreshing summer drink that combines sweetened milk, ice cream, and various flavorings like rose syrup with vermicelli noodles (falooda sev), sabja seeds (basil/tukmaria seeds), and chopped nuts. In this essay, we will explore the recipe for making Ice cream Falooda.

The ingredients required for preparing Ice cream falooda are:

- 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles

- 2 tbsp Sabja Seeds or Basil/Tukmaria Seeds

- 1 cup chilled Milk

- 3 tbsp Sugar

- A few drops of Rose Syrup

- A scoop of Vanilla or Strawberry Ice Cream

Firstly, take one cup of dry vermicelli noodles and cook them until they become soft. After cooking it thoroughly rinse it under cold water to stop further cooking.

Next, soak two tablespoons of Sabja seeds or basil/tukmaria seeds in water for about half-hour before preparation.

After that take a tall glass add spoonfuls of cooked vermicelli at bottom then add soaked sabza seeds on top followed by three tablespoons sugar as per your taste buds preference.

Now pour some rose syrup over these layers as much as you want however usually couple drops would suffice.

Then pour chilled milk into the glass filling it up to about three-fourths full so that all the layers are immersed well together inside milk mixture.

Lastly put a scoopful vanilla or strawberry icecream on top along with some crushed nuts like almonds/pistachios which adds crunchiness to creamy texture .
